The Braves and Cardinals conclude their three-game set in St. Louis this weekend after splitting the first two contests. Here are our same-game parlay picks for Sunday night.

The Atlanta Braves pulled away late in an 11-4 win on Friday, but the St. Louis Cardinals got revenge on Saturday night. St. Louis walked off Atlanta to continue their recent pattern of alternating wins and losses. With the third and final game tonight, who will win the series between these two playoff teams?

Here are my same-game parlay picks for Sunday’s matchup between the Braves and Cardinals (odds via FanDuel Sportsbook).

Braves vs. Cardinals Same Game Parlay Picks

Braves vs. Cardinals Same Game Parlay Predictions

Wainwright Over 4.5 Strikeouts (-148)

Cardinals starting pitcher Adam Wainwright has racked up at least five strikeouts in 15 of his 25 starts this season and he's even better at home (9 of 13). He's recorded at least five strikeouts in three of his last four starts and four of his last six.

The Braves strike out at a 25.1% clip against right-handed pitching, which is tied for the third-worst in the league. Opposing right-handed starters have struck out at least five batters in every game since August 16th, a streak of eight games.

The shadows will be setting and Wainwright will continue the trends against the Braves.

Paul Goldschmidt 2+ Total Bases (-110)

First baseman Paul Goldschmidt is in contention for the NL Triple Crown on top of being the NL MVP favorite. He's recorded at least two total bases in 52.5% of his games this season, only second to Rafael Devers (54.6%) among full-time players.

The Braves have held Goldschmidt in check but he's bound to make solid contact that could result in some damage. I'll take a chance on Goldschmidt for the second leg of this same-game parlay.

d’Arnaud to Record a Hit (-175)

Braves slugger Travis d’Arnaud had two hits in each of the first two games of this series. He now has a hit in 10 of his last 12 games and 23 of his last 32. His season-long clip of 55 of 82 (67.07%) implies odds of -200 or so.

We’re getting -175 and he's on a hot streak; I’ll take that any day of the week as the final leg of our same-game parlay.
