A pair of high scoring affairs are expected tonight and we take an in depth look at both in today's MLB Top Total Plays.

Indians (Anderson) vs. Blue Jays (Estrada) 7:07 PM ET
The Indians Cody Anderson has displayed horrible form during his previous five starts, posting a large 9.00 ERA and 1.73 WHIP in those outings. The Indians have won six straight, and have averaged 6.8 runs scored per game during that stretch. Cleveland will be facing a Toronto team today that has a superb +1.5 run per game differential in 2015. Cleveland has gone 18-5 over the total since 2014 when facing an opponent with a +1.0 or better run per game differential.

Toronto is averaging 7.1 runs per game and has a mammoth .954 OPS during their last seven contests. The Blue Jays are tops in Major League Baseball with a 184 home runs hit this season, and that includes an impressive 103 in 67 home games.

Jerry Meals is the scheduled home plate umpire for this game today. Games have gone 54-29 (65%) over the total since 2013 when Meals is calling balls and strikes, including 15-8 in 2015.

I like this game to produce plenty of runs. One of my MLB picks on Tuesday will be reflective of that prediction. Pinnacle provides us with the best betting value pertaining to this specific wager.

MLB Pick: Cleveland and Toronto over 9.0 (+106) at Pinnacle

Mariners (Elias) @ Astros (Feldman) 8:10 PM ET
Roenis Elias has been very shaky during his previous three starts, and that’s evidenced by his large 7.16 ERA in those outings. Elias has compiled an unimpressive 6.61 ERA in three starts versus Houston this year. Seattle has gone 27-10-2 over the total in their previous thirty-nine games, and that includes 9-2 during the last eleven.

Scott Feldman has pitched extremely well in recent starts. However, there still remains to be some red flags regarding the Astros veteran right-hander. Feldman has posted a lofty 5.16 ERA and 1.51 WHIP in nine starts at Minute Maid Park this year. He also has a sizable 8.78 ERA and 2.09 WHIP during his previous three starts versus Seattle.

These teams have gone 10-3-1 over the total in their fourteen encounters against one another this season, and Houston belted an eye popping 30 home runs during those games. Both of these teams have no shortage of power. Houston has pounded 179 home runs while Seattle has amassed 158 this year.

I like this game to play on the high side of the number. 5Dimes has the best MLB odds combination of number and price regarding this wager.

MLB Pick: Seattle and Houston over 8.0 (-115) at 5Dimes
