Our MLB handicapping professionally shares his top two money line underdogs on Saturday’s card. Go inside to read this convincing betting article that details precisely why he likes these MLB picks.

Cardinals (Garcia) vs Reds (Straily) 4:10 PM ET
St. Louis starter Jaime Garcia has exhibited poor form over his last three starts, evidenced by a large 9.00 ERA and 1.63 WHIP. During that trio of outings, Garcia surrendered 7 home runs over 16.0 innings pitched. That doesn’t bode well for him, especially considering Great American Ball Park in Cincinnati is a home run hitter’s paradise. Furthermore, Garcia has made two starts at Cincinnati since 9/10/15 and had a massive 11.00 ERA in addition to a 2.67 WHIP.

Daniel Straily gets the start this afternoon for Cincinnati. Cincinnati has gone 10-3 at home, and 8-1 in day games this season when Straily is their starting pitcher. Straily’s stellar performance line in both of those situations has been a major contributor to the Reds success.

The Reds are a horrible 23-44 on the road this year. However, they’ve been far more competitive at home, demonstrated by going 33-33 at Great American Ball Park. St. Louis has struggled offensively during their previous seven games, substantiated by an uninspiring .655 OPS over that course of time.

Current MLB betting odds at BetOnline provides me the best price for this money line underdog wager. Additionally, the rating guide that I use confirms 5Dimes as being one of the best sportsbooks to do business with.

Astros (Musgrove) vs Rangers (Holland) 4:05 PM ET
Dallas Keuchel was slated to make today’s start for Houston. However, he’s been scratched, and it will be right-hander Joe Musgrove instead. Musgrove hasn’t been very good in his only three road starts in 2016, posting a dismal 8.27 ERA, 1.65 WHIP, and he gave up 5 home runs thru 16.0 innings pitched.

Derek Holland has been superb in his two starts since returning from an extended stay on the disabled list. Holland collected a brilliant 1.50 ERA and 0.75 WHIP during those pair of outings.

Texas enters today having gone 8-1 over its last 9, and that stretch includes a current 6-game win streak. The Rangers are also an exceptional 46-21 (.687) at home, 35-19 (.648) overall against teams with a winning record, and 12-2 versus Houston this season.

Since I just received a generous sign-up bonus at Heritage, and there’s not a huge disparity on this run line across the board, there’s no sense in wagering elsewhere.

Free MLB Pick: Rangers -105
