Boston Common grabbed the early lead against Jupiter Links last week and cashed my 'to lead after three holes' best bet. McIlroy went on to win the PGA Tour's Signature Event the same week, and I expect a strong bounce-back showing in the TGL tonight.
I'm interested in the +160 odds from BetMGM for Boston Common to lead after three holes, as it did last week. But Los Angeles also started strong in its first match of the season, a 12-1 thumping of Jupiter Links three weeks ago.
I'll play it a little safer and pay up for the -110 odds. I'd also back Boston Common to win the match outright (-110).
