Scheffler is in control of The Players Championship as far as the outright odds are concerned. Through three rounds, the reigning Masters champ is averaging 4.82 strokes gained: tee-to-green per round and holds the Sunday lead despite losing strokes on the greens to this point.

Min Woo Lee
A relative unknown to PGA Tour fans, Lee has two wins on the DP World Tour. His most recent victory came in the 2021 Abrdn Scottish Open, where he defeated reigning U.S. Open champ Matt Fitzpatrick in a playoff. At inflated odds as high as +600, Lee is worth a hedge bet against Scheffler, as we saw Kurt Kitayama hold off the more accomplished American in last week's Arnold Palmer Invitational to cash a long ticket.

Sungjae Im
Im soared up the leaderboard with a Saturday round of 8-under, 64, and enters Day 4 six shots off the pace.
