Our analyst shares his three team round robin parlay of the week. He gone a perfect 6-0 during the past two weeks with these college football picks, and he fully expects another 3-0 sweep.

Southern Mississippi vs. Western Kentucky Noon ET
Bettors have certainly been enamored with wagering on a sizzling hot Southern Miss team as a better than a touchdown underdog. After all, they’ve won six in a row since being blown out at Marshall. Even more enticing is the fact they scored 56 points or more in each of their previous three games. It must be noted, Southern Miss has defeated just one opponent this season with a winning record, and that came last week at Louisiana Tech.

Western Kentucky is a perfect 5-0 at home this season, covered in four of those contests, and their average victory margin was 22.4 points per game. They’ve gone 10-2 overall this season while playing seven of those twelve games on the road. Their only defeats came at Indiana 38-35 and in Baton Rouge during a 48-20 setback against LSU.

Southern Miss finished the season with wins of 56-31 over Old Dominion, and 58-24 at Louisiana Tech. Western Kentucky concluded its regular season campaign with a 63-7 win over FIU, and a 49-28 defeat of Marshall. Any home team (Western Kentucky) coming off two straight wins by 21 points or more, versus an opponent (Southern Miss) coming off two straight wins in which they scored 42 points or more, resulted in those home teams going 20-5 SU&ATS (80%) since 2000.

College Football Picks: Play on Western Kentucky -7.5 (-105) at Bovada

Temple vs. Houston Noon ET
The Owls finished the regular season by winning their last two games over Memphis 31-12, and against Connecticut 27-3. Both of those contests took place at Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia. Their defensive numbers at home border on elite. However, on the road has been another story. Temple has allowed 25.0 points and 446.7 yards per contest in their six away games in 2015. In their last two road games against SMU and South Florida, Temple allowed a combined 84 points in addition to 953 yards of total offense amassed by those opponents.

The Houston Cougars have gone a perfect 7-0 at home this season, and have outscored opponents by an average of 21.9 points per game. They’re an explosive offensive team that averages 42.0 points and 499.7 yards of total offense per contest. This is a Houston team that’s a terrific +15 in the turnover department this season.

Houston is coming off a 52-31 conference win as a 1.0 point home underdog in their regular season finale against Navy last week. Any conference home favorite (Houston) of 3.0 to 9.0, coming off a home underdog straight up win by 15 points or more, resulted in those home teams going 18-3 ATS (85.7%) since 1992. I’m going with the home favorite for one of my college football picks this week.

College Football Picks: Play on Houston -5.5 (-103) at Pinnacle

Florida vs. Alabama 4:00 PM ET
The only way I can see Florida staying competitive for four quarters is if Alabama self implodes. That seems highly unlikely considering that the Crimson Tide committed just 4 combined turnovers during their previous six contests. The Gators struggled mightily in each of their previous two games, and even more concerning was that both were played at home. Two weeks ago they needed overtime to come away with a 20-14 win as a 28.5 point favorite, and that was against a Florida Atlantic team that finished with a 3-9 record. Then last Saturday they were thoroughly embarrassed in a 27-2 loss versus their biggest rival Florida State.

Alabama enters this critical game on Saturday as a red-hot team. They’ve reeled off nine wins in a row since a September loss to Ole Miss. The Tide has really been dominant during their previous four games, covering on each of those occasions, and winning by an average of 26.3 points per contest.

I’m going to be brave a lay the big number in this game. The current (12/3) college football odds at Heritage provide me with a best combination and price for this specific wager.

College Football Picks: Play on Alabama -17.5 (-105) over Florida at Heritage
