College Football Picks
303 Northern Illinois/304 Bowling Green- Bowling Green is holding steady at -12, though I see as low as -11.5 and as high as -12.5. Northern Illinois had already lost starting quarterback Drew Hare a couple weeks ago. Now his back up Ryan Graham is unlikely to play this week. NIU will go with Tommy Fiedler at QB. Fiedler is very inexperienced. He has played in only one game, the last, in the loss to Ohio U. He stat line for that day was 9 of 17 passing for 113 yards, 1 TD and 0 interceptions.

317 Troy/318 Louisiana Lafayette- More public money has come in on U La La. They go from -1.5 to -2 on the college football odds board. The game opened pick em.

321 Temple/322 Houston- This game has bounced around pretty good. The public is mostly on Houston with their college football picks, but wiseguys have been split at this point. The latest move from the wiseguys have come in on Temple taking +6.5. Houston now -6.

325 Florida/326 Alabama- More Bama money has come in on Bama, pushing the line from -17 to -17.5. The latest wave is public money, but once again, I see no sharp money standing in its way.

327 Air Force/328 San Diego State- SD State- quarterback Maxwell Smith is out for SD State. Smith came in as a transfer from Kentucky with lost of promise. His season started out rough, but he improved greatly as the season progressed and so did San Diego State. Freshman Christian Chapman will be the likely starter. He has limited experienced, but hasn’t been bad. He is 12 of 24 passing for 120 yards, 0 touchdowns and 1 interception. The line on San Diego State dropped quickly with the announcement, going from -6.5 to -4.5. Just a note, San Diego State has one of the best defenses in the country against the run. Of course, Air Force’s attack is a run first offense. This is far from a lock for Air Force.

331 Michigan State/332 Iowa- Yesterday there was -3 readily available on Michigan State. Now that is almost completely gone. Michigan State is up to -3.5 except for very few exceptions.
