The college football season is halfway over, meaning that the second half starts this week. What three Over/Under games on Saturday seem to be the most appealing? Let’s look at the college football odds.

Tulane Green Wave vs. Navy Midshipmen
This is a game in which the Navy Midshipmen are coming off a bye. This means that there might be a little bit of sluggishness from the defense, enough to give a poor Tulane team something in the area of 17 points or so. If Tulane does score at least 17, which might be the product of some late tack-on touchdowns when backups are in the game, Navy looks like a good bet to hit 40 points, with Keenan Reynolds – one of the most successful and statistically impressive quarterbacks in college football history – leading a seasoned Navy offense up and down the field. The Midshipmen should be able to score 40 and create a game in which backups play the fourth quarter. If this indeed happens, Tulane will probably have a way to score enough points to push this game over the college football odds.

Texas A&M Aggies vs. Ole Miss Rebels
The big thing to note in this game is that Ole Miss is having problems on its offensive line, not just its offense in general. The Rebels could not score more than 24 points against a Memphis defense which had been getting bombed by teams from smaller conferences. The Ole Miss offensive line could not move the pile on fourth and one. It could not power the Memphis front four off the line of scrimmage. With this being the case, it seems very foolish to expect Texas A&M to join Ole Miss in a 65-point game, a game played in the low 30s. This feels a lot more like a game which will be played in the low 20s, creating an overall point total in the mid-40s, maybe the low 50s at the very highest. Neither quarterback – Chad Kelly of Ole Miss or Kyle Allen of Texas A&M – is playing anywhere near his best football right now. Both teams are coming off bad losses this past weekend, not necessarily in terms of the quality of opponent they played, but in terms of how well they played on offense. There are too many questions marks surrounding either of these offenses to think that a high-scoring game is at hand. Take the under with your college football picks.

Texas Tech Red Raiders vs. Oklahoma Sooners
It’s true that Texas Tech has taken part in some really high-scoring games this season, combining for over 90 points against Baylor and over 100 against TCU. The Red Raiders scored 66 against Iowa State and can certainly unload in any game they play. However, they struggled to score at Kansas last week, and on the other hand, Oklahoma’s defense has been playing well. The Sooners shut out a Kansas State team which scored 45 on TCU the week before. If you’re looking at trends and not a month ago, you’ll take the under in this one.
