There's reverse line movement on the spread. Despite OK State drawing 64% of the tickets and 62% of the cash, the line dropped from a consensus opening number of -10.5 to -9, before climbing back up to -10 as of Saturday morning.
The Over/Under, however, has increased from 63.5 to 66.5. Seventy-nine percent of the tickets are on the Over but those account for just 40% of the handle.

Oklahoma State is 3-1 against the spread this season, including 2-1 ATS as a home favorite. In road games so far this year, Texas Tech is 0-2 ATS, losing to NC State and Kansas State. Oklahoma State is 15th in ESPN’s College Football Power Index rankings. The FPI metrics aren’t as impressed with the No. 46-ranked Red Raiders. But against a sneaky Oklahoma State defense that ranks 30th nationally in defensive efficiency, I don’t see the Red Raiders sniffing 30 points on Saturday. The low-to-mid 20s seems more plausible for a team averaging 21 points per game on the road.
That would leave a lot of ground to cover for the Cowboys to push this over. Though I believe the dynamic Oklahoma State offense feasts in its home stadium, don’t overlook Texas Tech’s defense from keeping the output moderately respectable; the Red Raiders have the 40th-best defensive efficiency in FBS according to ESPN.
