Find out why this handicapper sees Wyoming as the attractive College Football home underdog pick on Friday vs. visiting Utah State.

Climate Change
Utah State will try to win three games in a row for the first time this year, which can’t be ignored when making your Week 11 College Football picks, but it has to overcome a major obstacle in terms of scheduling.

The Aggies will hit the road for a second straight week, as they picked up a 35-14 victory over Hawaii as three-point favorites last Saturday, but won the statistical battle by just 11 yards.

Over the last two-plus seasons, the program is 8-0 SU and 7-1 ATS as road favorites, with the OVER going 5-3 in that situation.

Major Performance
Wyoming is coming off its best performance under first-year head coach Craig Bohl, as it returns home after coming away with a 45-17 victory over Fresno State as 15-point underdogs last Saturday, while going OVER the betting total for a fifth consecutive affair.

The Cowboys established a major offensive weapon in that Mountain West Conference matchup, which is important to consider when looking over the College Football odds, as freshman running back Brian Hill tallied 387 all-purpose yards.

Since the start of the 2012 campaign, the team is 0-4 SU and 1-3 ATS when receiving 3.5 to 10 points in the market, with no edge in terms of the betting total (2-2 Over/Under).

Missing Pieces
The Aggies have lost seven starters to season-ending injuries, but they’ve demonstrated the ability to overcome adversity—demonstrated in their 12-1 SU record in their last 13 conference road games.

Utah State has captured 31 of its last 42 overall games, with the nine losses coming by a combined 89 points.

Continuing a Trend
The home team has won the last four meetings in this series since 2006, which sets up nicely for Bohl to finish out his first year in Laramie in strong fashion, considering he put together a dominating 43-2 SU record in his final three years at North Dakota State.

Wyoming posted its first interceptions of the season last week, but it could add on to that total due to Utah State continuing to play without star quarterback Chuckie Keeton for the rest of the season.

Prediction
I’m going to recommend that readers back the Cowboys as one of their top College Football underdog selections, as they’ve gone 5-1 ATS in their last six games following a SU win of 20 or more points.
