Florida State has never been an underdog with Jameis Winston under center, which makes it a top ATS pick against Oregon in the 2015 Rose Bowl.

Title Defense
The Florida State Seminoles is focused on trying to win back-to-back national titles, which can’t be ignored when looking over the College Football odds, as its quarterback should be completely focused on the task at hand.

2013 Heisman Trophy winner Jameis Winston was cleared Sunday of the accusations he faced at a student code conduct hearing, as he’ll work behind an offensive line that actually outweighs Wisconsin in that category and has 164 career starts.

The Seminoles have been balanced offensively since the start of November, with its star dropping back to pass an average of just 32 times in the last four games—far different than his 38.5 attempts a contest before that.

Sports bettors will find that the squad is 18-2 SU and 9-11 ATS versus teams with a winning record since the start of the 2012 campaign.

Game Changer
The Oregon Ducks have never dipped below its opening number of being an eight-point favorite in this high-profile matchup in Pasadena, which is a bit surprising when you consider it recently lost All-American cornerback Ifo Ekpre-Olomu to a season-ending knee injury last week.

The Ducks will now turn to Chris Seisay in hopes of covering Seminoles wide receiver Rashad Greene, who has caught 93 passes for 1,306 yards this season.

Of course none of this may matter if the Ducks simply outscore the defending national champions, as they’ve compiled a 59-7 SU record this decade, with 52 of those victories coming by 14 or more points.

Over the last two-plus seasons, the program is 5-1 SUATS as favorites of 3.5 to 10 points, with no clear edge in terms of the betting total (3-3 Over/Under).

These Recent Injuries Have Impacted the Betting Lines for the Rose Bowl

Cook-ing In the Backfield
The Seminoles have a dynamic player in true freshman Dalvin Cook, as he ranked ninth nationally in gaining 905 rushing yards despite his 155 carries ranking the lowest among qualifying running backs.

Cook demonstrated the ability to take over a football game in Florida State’s 37-35 victory over Georgia Tech as 3.5-point favorites in the ACC Championship Game, as he was named MVP for his 31-carry effort.

Looking For More Hardware
Marcus Mariota became the first Heisman winner in Oregon history on Dec. 13, as he established Pac-12 Conference records with 53 touchdowns and 4,452 yards of total offense.

The Ducks are going to score points with the Hawaii native under center, as he’s thrown for a score in 39 consecutive games, while he’s ran for a touchdown in his last five affairs.

I’m going to recommend that readers back the Seminoles as one of their top College Football pick, as they’ve covered the number in nine of their last 10 bowl games, while the Ducks are on a mediocre 9-9 ATS run in that situation.
