Can the Arizona Wildcats keep up with the Oregon Ducks who have scored 40-plus points in four-straight games? Let's examine the matchup in our Oregon-Arizona picks.

The Ducks have been incredible offensively since Georgia demolished them in Week 1. Their lowest point total over the last four weeks came when they defeated BYU 41-20. The team is averaging 499 yards per game, including over 220 both on the ground and through the air.

Meanwhile, the Wildcats are showing explosiveness with Jayden de Laura at quarterback. He tied the Arizona school record with six touchdown passes during the Wildcats’ 43-20 win over Colorado in Week 5.

Here are our Oregon-Arizona college football picks for Week 6 (odds via PointsBet and DraftKings Sportsbook; Pick confidence is based on a 1-to-5-star scale).

Oregon vs. Arizona Pick

Oregon -12.5 (-115) ★★★

This is the smallest spread over the last three meetings between these two teams. The Ducks were the 29.5 and 27.5-point favorites in 2019 and 2021, respectively. They covered in one of those two games.

This clash will still be a shootout, which means the backdoor cover is a threat. However, the Wildcats just aren’t on the same level as the Ducks, even if Oregon isn't as good away from home.

De Laura is great, but he makes a lot of mistakes. He's thrown six interceptions in 2022, and De Laura tends to hold the ball too long while scrambling and attempting to make plays. Don't be worried about this game being his “Super Bowl." This is just the first of five consecutive contests that De Laura and the Wildcats have lined up against ranked opponents.

Oregon vs. Arizona O/U Pick

Over 70 (-110) ★★★

Either take the Over in this one or stay away altogether. Oregon's offense has been incredible over the team's last four games, and the Ducks should easily post 40-plus points against the Wildcats.

There could be a concern that the Wildcats will struggle to score, but Oregon is allowing 30.2 points per game. The Ducks gave up 41 points to Washington State during their only road contest of 2022, and that team is averaging just 29.6 points per game.

Oregon vs. Arizona Prop

Oregon Over 20.5 first-half points (-110) ★★★

The Ducks have scored 21-plus points in the first half during three of their last four games. The only exception was the school's road game at Washington State, when Oregon scored 29 of its 44 points during the fourth quarter.

Since the Ducks’ offense has been worse away from home, you may expect the unit to start slow in Week 6. However, it’s hard to trust a Wildcats defense that nearly allowed the Buffaloes to match their full-game season average during the first half in Week 5.
