453 Bills/454 Titans- Bills opened -3, but the wiseguys have come in on the dog. The Bills have injury problems at their skill positions, primarily running back. LeSean McCoy continues to be out and Karlos Williams has a concussion, which puts third string running back Boobie Dixon. Wide receiver Sammy Watkins also remains doubtful. Bills now -1 or -2.
457 Washington/458 Falcons- Wiseguys on the dog again here. Falcons were -8 but now down to -7 or -7.5 even with the public all over the favorite.
463 Rams/464 Packers- Packers opened -10. Sharp money has come in on the underdog. Public is on the Pack, but not as heavy as you would think. Pack now -9.
465 Seahawks/466 Bengals- Some money showed today on the Bengals now with Marshawn Lynch declared out for the Seahawks. Bengals go from -3 flat to -3-120.
467 Cardinals/468 Lions- Public is strongly on the Cards, but the wiseguys have taken +3 flat when it shows. There is still some around, but mostly Cards -2.5 with juice on the favorite.
469 Patriots/470 Cowboys- Pats opened -7, but all the money has been on the Pats. If the wiseguys are going to take the dog, they sure are taking their time about it. Pats now up to anywhere from -8 to -9.5.
313 Minnesota/314 Purdue- Minnesota opened -1 but has steadily climbed all week, now up to -3 or -3.5, mostly sharp money. Be careful here. Lots of injuries to Minny.
315 Akron/316 Eastern Michigan- Akron opened -9.5, sharp money has been on the dog. Akron now -7.5.
319 Indiana/320 Penn State- Penn State opened -7, got bet down to -6.5 and back up to -7.
321 Duke/322 Army- Duke opened -10, but has steadily risen, now up to -13.5. Public and some sharp money.
329 Wake Forest/330 Boston College- BC opened -9.5, dropped steadily to -7.5, mostly wiseguy action.
333 Kent State/334 Toledo- Toledo opened -17, dropped to -14.5 on strictly sharp action.
337 Appalachian State/338 Georgia State- App State opened -19.5, dropped as low as -14.5, but now had some comeback money pushing it up to -15.5.
341 Central Mich/342 Western Mich- W Mich opened -4, now up to -6.5 or -7. Mostly sharp action.
345 Wyoming/346 Air Force- All over the place on this game. AF opened -18.5, went up to -25, now the latest sharp move is on the dog, down to -21.5.
347 Mass/348 Bowling Green- BG opened -12.5, bet steadily up to -14, sharp and public money.
351 New Mexico State/352 Mississippi- Ole Miss opened -41, climbed steadily to -45, sharp and public money so far.
354 East Carolina/355 BYU- BYU opened -7 or -7.5, now up to -9.5.
355 Baylor/356 Kansas- Baylor opened -41, now up to -44.5. Mostly pubic, but surely no wiseguy money yet for KU.
357 Rice/358 Florida Atlantic- FAU opened -2, now up to -3.5 or -4.
363 Middle Tennessee State/364 Western Kentucky- WKU opened -10, bet down to -8.5, sharp and public money.
371 Miami-Fla/372 Florida State- Fla State opened -9.5, went up to -10, now down to -7.5. Public and sharp money.
379 California/380 Utah- This game has jockeyed back and forth between -7 and -7.5. Public and wiseguys split.
385 La Tech/386 UTSA- Another game that’s been back and forth. LA Tech opened -13, bet down to -10, back up to -12.
389 Florida/390 Missouri- Take your pick here. Florida as low as -3.5, as high as -4.5.
395 Syracuse/396 South Florida- So Fla opened -3, dog money from sharps and public on Syracuse, down to So Fla -1.5.
397 TCU/398 Kansas State- TCU opened -7.5, went up quickly to -10. K State has a lineman that will play QB this week.
399 Iowa State/400 Texas Tech- Tech opened -13, bet down by the wiseguys to -9.5, then back up to -10 by some value seekers and the public.
401 Michigan State/402 Rutgers- Wiseguys are noticing how over rated Mich State is. They opened -17, bet down to -13.5.
405 New Mexico/406 Nevada- Nevada opened -7, now down to -4.5, on sharp and public money.
411 San Diego State/412 Hawaii- San Diego State opened -1, switched favorites to Hawaii -2.
413 South Carolina/414 LSU- Game switched sites due to the flooding in SC. LSU went from -12 to -15 at SC, with the site switch LSU now -17.
