We're zeroing in on the two "bigger" matchups for tonight's college football action. We've got two college football picks that we'll be taking to the books -- what are they?

Tulsa Golden Hurricane vs. Memphis Tigers
The Tigers are rolling, as they're still undefeated on the season and just earned their first "statement" victory. They overcame a ranked Ole Miss team 37-24 at home, with Paxton Lynch and company continuing their extreme offensive efficiency in the win.

Here on Friday night, Memphis is a heavy favorite despite being on the road versus Tulsa. The current College Football Odds landscape shows the Tigers laying anywhere from 10 to 12.5 points, all depending on your sportsbook of choice. We should also be expecting a shootout this evening, with oddsmakers posting a huge total of 76 points for the taking.

Back to the Tigers' recent triumph over the Rebels. It was a great showing from Lynch and the offense, and the defense was able to make enough plays. Lynch is now up to 1,919 passing yards to go with a 13:1 TD:INT ratio on the season, and he's got a ton of reliable weapons around him, as we've consistently seen proven true throughout the year. As a team, Memphis is averaging an insane 46 points per game, which is the fourth-best mark in the nation.

Tonight's opponent will be Tulsa, who aren't exactly slouches either when it comes to offensive production. The Golden Hurricane may have lost three of their last four, but they've still been consistently scoring points, having averaged 33 points per game (44th in the country) through their first six games.

The loss of Keevan Lucas to a knee injury is a big blow, but QB Dane Evans still has some big-time playmakers to rely on, namely running back Zack Langer and wideouts Keyarris Garrett and Joshua Atkinkson. And, we think this Tulsa team is going to hang around this evening and stay within the big number. The Golden Hurricane are battle-tested and are one of the few teams out there that can stay toe-to-toe with the Memphis offense.

San Diego State Aztecs vs. Utah State Aggies
Both of these teams have won three games in a row, so this should be a very competitive game in San Diego tonight.

At this time, the Aggies are the road favorites, with oddsmakers listing the spread at either 4.5 or 5 points.

After opening with two losses through their first three games, Utah State has righted the ship nicely, beating Colorado State, Fresno State and then Boise State, all of which were by multiple touchdowns. Kent Myers has taken over the starting quarterback and has excelled with the new responsibility, posting a squeaky clean 5:0 TD:INT ratio while also running for 244 yards and two additional touchdowns on the ground.

Myers will try to get the better of a San Diego State team that has picked up wins over Fresno State, Hawaii and San Jose State over their last three. Donnel Pumphrey, Chase Price and the Aztecs running game has been the focal point, and that's going to continue being the case. San Diego State is rushing for 187.9 yards per game, with Pumphrey (729 rushing yards, 249 receiving yards, nine total touchdowns) doing most of the heavy lifting.

Where's the best value with our selections on Friday? We've been more impressed with Utah State's winning streak, as they've faced the tougher competition and have built up some serious confidence heading into this matchup.

So, with our College Football Picks, we're going to be on the road team this time, backing the Aggies to win by at least five points.

College Football Pick: Utah State -4.5 at 5Dimes
