The Tigers have been on a roll all season long, and now they get a chance to prove how good they are at home against Florida State. Which college football picks are we taking to the books for this one?

Odds Overview
Even though the Seminoles are obviously a team to be reckoned with, oddsmakers have a great deal of confidence in the red-hot Tigers, who have still yet to taste defeat. Clemson is a strong 12-point favorite on the college football odds board right now, with some books going as high as 12.5.

More interested in making a play on the game's total? At time of writing an O/U of 56 has been installed. The Tigers have been incredible offensively this season, averaging 40.0 points per game, but they run into a Seminoles team that's been more than holding their own defensively.

Clemson Tigers
Last week was one of the more entertaining games you'll see in college football this season, but it was Clemson that emerged victorious in a 56-41 road win over NC State. The Wolfpack gave the Tigers everything they could handle, but Deshaun Watson and company were up for the challenge and had little trouble racking up the points.

Watson is playing exceptional football right now, and he's already recorded 1,936 passing yards, 386 rushing yards and 24 total touchdowns (20 passing and four rushing) on the year ahead of this weekend's date with Florida State. Wayne Gallman has been the workhorse running back, having accumulated 159 carries for 874 yards and seven touchdowns, while Artavis Scott has been the most targeted wideout; he's posted 47 receptions for 514 yards and four scores thus far.

Few teams have been as balanced as Clemson in 2015, with the team ranked in the top 20 in both scoring offense and defense. The Tigers, as we mentioned, have averaged 40 points a game, and they've only allowed 17.6 points per game on average too. Will they keep it going against the Seminoles?

Florida State Seminoles
It was a nice bounce-back effort from Florida State last week, as they got the better of Syracuse in a 45-21 home win. With Everett Golson sidelined with a concussion, Sean Maguire picked up the start at quarterback, and he had little trouble picking apart the Orange; he finished 23-of-35 for 348 yards and three touchdowns.

Maguire wasn't the only player who had a huge game against Syracuse. Running back Jacques Patrick, filling in for the injured Dalvin Cook exploded for 162 rushing yards, 62 receiving yards and three touchdowns, while wideout Travis Rudolph finished with 191 receiving yards and caught all three of Maguire's touchdown throws.

We've yet to get a definitive status on Golson for this weekend's game, but you'd have to think Florida State will play it safe and go with Maguire, who showed that he can get the job done at the helm of the offense last week. He's also proven to be a much better thrower of the ball overall, so it's going to be interesting to see how this situation unfolds as the season winds down.

Betting Analysis
We're not about to fade the Tigers given how well they've been playing, especially since the Seminoles have question marks at quarterback because of Golson's concussion and Maguire's strong play last week.

Watson has been lights out lately, and we like his chances of another good game in spite of how sound Florida State has been defensively overall.

With our college football picks, we're going to lay the huge number and put our faith in Clemson to keep momentum high. We know motivation isn't going to be an issue, and the home-field advantage should be significant in this conference showdown. So, we'll be backing the Tigers this Saturday.
