Utah State lost a bunch off their defense, but should have increased production from the QB position. Let's take a look and what the team should be expecting this season.

Utah State Preview- MWC (Mountain Division)
It is Matt Wells fourth year as head coach in Logan, Utah. Record 26-16 overall won the MWC Championship in 2013 and was the conference coach of the year in 2013. Head coach Matt Wells has to replace both coordinators for the second straight year… (Down year 6-7 Bowl loss) Will it be a bounce back? Let's figure that out for you to start getting your betting picks ready.

Just about all of the pieces from Gary Anderson’s regime are gone since he left in 2012. Utah State is an up and coming program that has been to 5 straight bowl games.

Some are down on Utah State with Chuckie Keeton gone, but since Matt Wells took over Utah State was 6-8 with Keeton starting and 19-8 when he did not.

I project improvement at the QB position this year, Kent Myers takes over full time and he is a great athlete at QB, he makes plays with his feet and has great touch on his deep ball. Utah St has rushed for 2000+ yards in 7 straight years.

A big question at the linebacker position as they lose all of their starting Linebackers (almost 900 career tackles).

Tough out of conference: at USC, Arkansas State, at BYU

In MWC play: at Boise then Air Force at home in back to back weeks (Sept 24th and Oct 1st) (Air force is off a bye)

Also, pull San Diego State and Nevada from the west division (2 best teams).
