As we feast on the leftovers there is plenty of NCAAF action to keep us busy on the day after from Thanksgiving. Let's review the college football odds and pick out two of our best bets for Friday.

Baylor (1-10 SU, 4-7 ATS) vs. TCU (9-2 SU, 6-5 ATS)

* TCU is 4-1 ATS in their last five games as a favorite.

* TCU is 6-2 ATS in their last eight games in November.

* TCU is 4-2 ATS vs. Baylor in their last six meetings at TCU.

* Baylor is 0-5 ATS in their last five Friday games.

* Baylor is 1-7 ATS in their last eight games in November.

* Baylor is 5-15 ATS in their last 20 games on grass.

No. 10 TCU not only needs this victory over lightly regarded Baylor but they need to win in convincing fashion if they are to remain relevant in terms of a big bowl bid after their season is through. The Horned Frogs return home after stifling Texas Tech last week by the score of 27-3 in Lubbock. Now they must dispatch with lowly Baylor, a program that has tanked in recent years, and it all begins and ends with their defense.

TCU boasts the seventh-ranked defense in the nation, allowing a mere 15.1 points per game, which should thrive against a Bears offense that is strictly one dimensional, owning a solid passing attack but an anemic rushing game (ranked 112th). The Frogs secondary will be locked on to the Bears' wideouts all day long which will limit Baylor's Charlie Brewer from connecting cleanly with his receivers. The Frogs should have no problem breezing past the Bears and into a postseason bowl game. Back the Horned Frogs in your college football picks.

Texas Tech (5-6 SU, 5-5-1 ATS) vs. Texas (6-5 SU, 8-3 ATS)

* Texas is 4-1-1 ATS in their last six games following an ATS win.

* Texas is 6-2-1 ATS in their last nine games as a favorite of 3.5-10.0.

* Texas is 7-2-1 ATS in their last 10 games overall.

* Texas Tech is 1-5 ATS in their last six conference games.

* Texas Tech is 0-4 ATS vs. a team with a winning record.

* Texas Tech is 1-4 ATS in their last five games following a straight up loss of more than 20 points.

These Big 12 rivals will clash in Austin, Texas on Friday night and the Longhorns will be up for the task. Texas is coming off a big 28-14 win over the Mountaineers as three-point road dogs while the Red Raiders were held soundly in check last week in a 27-3 home loss to TCU as seven-point home dogs. Over the course of the last 12 games played in Longhorn Country, Texas is 9-3 straight up and 7-5 against the spread.

This year again belongs to the Horns as they are equipped to slice and dice a weak Tech linebacking corps and exploit a secondary that often loses receivers in crossing patterns. Texas has a solid defense that ranks 32nd in the nation which should set its offense up for favorable field position throughout the contest. The college football odds being dealt by the major online sportsbooks are a solid 10 across the board, except for a hookless at BOL, but we see Texas winning by two TD's or better in this one.
