There are eight games on Saturday's schedule, and after a very busy Friday it means several clubs are playing in the second of a back-to-back. SBR breaks down five matchups for you. Here's a quick look at those games with all times Eastern.

Grizzlies vs. Pelicans (+1.5, 190), 7 p.m.

Covered by: Dave
Both played Friday night. Memphis beat the L.A. Lakers 97-90 to complete the four-game regular-season sweep, although the Grizzlies didn't cover a one. Zach Randolph had 24 points and 13 rebounds. The team even got back reserve forward Vince Carter, who had missed the past 13 games. New Orleans lost 104-98 at home to Boston despite 29 points and 14 rebounds from Anthony Davis. Memphis beat visiting New Orleans by 12 very early in the season, but the host Pelicans won by 11 at home in the most recent matchup on Jan. 9. Dave likes Memphis for his NBA picks.

[/]{"component":"oddswidget", "eventId":339070, "sportsbooksIds":[19,43,227,1096,999996,93,238,123,139], "LineTypeId":5, "PeriodTypeId":1}[/]

Suns vs. Cavaliers (-11, 212), 7:30 p.m.

Covered by: Scott
Another game featuring two teams off Friday games. Phoenix won its second straight, 108-100 in OT at Brooklyn. The Suns had been 0-4 in OT this season. Cleveland lost a potential Eastern Conference Finals preview in Atlanta, 106-97. LeBron James was held to 18 points and turned it over nine times. Phoenix surprised visiting Cleveland on Jan. 13 , 107-100 behind a career-high 35 points from Markieff Morris. LeBron returned from injury and had 33 points in a losing effort, while J.R. Smith had 29. Kyrie Irving had just nine on 4-for-14 shooting. That was back when the Cavaliers were in their biggest funk of the season and it was their sixth straight loss to fall under .500 at 19-20. They haven't even lost six times since then. Scott expects a Cleveland rout.

[/]{"component":"oddswidget", "eventId":339072, "sportsbooksIds":[19,43,227,1096,999996,93,238,123,139], "LineTypeId":5, "PeriodTypeId":1}[/]

Pacers vs. Knicks (+9.5, 189.5), 7:30 p.m.

Covered by: Scott
Indiana won its fourth straight Friday, 98-84 over visiting Chicago. The Pacers have tied Miami for the eighth and final playoff spot in the East. New York is having the worst season in franchise history and might be playing its worst basketball of the year, which is almost hard to say. The Knicks were slaughtered at home 124-86 against a not-exactly powerhouse Sacramento team on Tuesday, the Knicks' worst loss of the season. The effort wasn't much better Wednesday at these Pacers, who won 105-82, and you should keep this in mind when looking over the NBA odds Indiana didn't even bother playing center Roy Hibbert in that game. That's what the Knicks have become: a team that other clubs rest their best guys against. Does Scott expect the ugliness to continue?

[/]{"component":"oddswidget", "eventId":339071, "sportsbooksIds":[19,43,227,1096,999996,93,238,123,139], "LineTypeId":5, "PeriodTypeId":1}[/]

Trail Blazers vs.Timberwolves (+4.5, 199), 8 p.m.

Covered by: Dave
Devastating news for Portland in Thursday's 94-75 home win over Dallas, the Blazers' fifth straight win. Boy was it costly, as starting shooting guard Wesley Matthews went down without being touched and has been ruled out for the season with a torn Achilles' tendon. Matthews had played and started every game this year, averaging 15.9 points and 2.7 rebounds while ranking fourth in the NBA with 173 3-pointers made. He's the franchise leader in 3-pointers. It will be interesting to see how this could hurt Matthews' value on the open market as he's set to become an unrestricted free agent. Also will be interesting to see how Portland responds to losing a team leader. Minnesota has dropped four straight games, the past three at home. The Blazers and Wolves have split two meetings, both winning at home. Despite the Matthews loss, Dave leans Portland.

[/]{"component":"oddswidget", "eventId":339070, "sportsbooksIds":[19,43,227,1096,999996,93,238,123,139], "LineTypeId":5, "PeriodTypeId":1}[/]

Rockets vs. Nuggets (+5, 214.5), 9 p.m.

Covered by: Jason
Houston ended a two-game skid Friday with a 103-93 home win over Detroit behind 38 points, 12 rebounds and 12 assists from James Harden. It was his third triple-double of the year. Denver dropped to 2-1 under interim coach Melvin Hunt with a 120-111 loss in San Antonio on Friday. Not too often you lose when shooting 52 percent overall as the Nuggets did. Houston beat Denver in both ends of a home-and-home in mid-December, 108-96 at home behind 26 points from Dwight Howard (still out injured) and then 115-111 in overtime in the Mile High City behind 41 points from Harden. Howard had 24 points and 16 boards in that one. Former Nugget Arron Afflalo hit a 3-pointer at the buzzer to force overtime. Jason is taking the points here.

[/]{"component":"oddswidget", "eventId":339077, "sportsbooksIds":[19,43,227,1096,999996,93,238,123,139], "LineTypeId":5, "PeriodTypeId":1}[/]
