Our NCAA football handicapper is getting hot in his college football totals picks and serves up a trio of games that are offering value on the Week 12 betting card. Mark's 2016 NCAA season record is 29-28-2 (-1.90 units).

Oklahoma State At TCU (70.5)

That nice hook at the 10-touchdown mark is a hint on the direction sportsbooks want you to go, but I’m not falling for it. TCU’s defense has been horrible this year as the Frogs are 4-1 favoring the 'over' at home, and Oklahoma State has scored 37 points or more in six straight games, hitting the 40's in four of them. Last year at Oklahoma State, these teams combined for 78 points in a 49-29 Cowboys win even though TCU outgained OSU by a ton with 663 yards of total offense. TCU is not likely to throw four interceptions again, so expect this game to be closer but still a barn-burner.

Washington State At Colorado (60)

The loss last week of wide receiver River Cracraft for the Cougars is the only blemish on what is a very healthy injury report for Washington State. I expect Wazzu will be able to absorb that loss and continue to score near its average of 35.5 points per game on the road. I believe that Colorado’s home defensive average of 9.7 points per game is deflated by poor competition, and Washington State has had the tougher schedule this year. Every game in which the Cougars have been favored or an underdog by less than a touchdown has gone 'over' the listed total. Washington State has also been vastly undervalued in Pac-12 play this year, going 7-0 SU – good for +8.4 units. Expect the Cougars to set the tempo in this game in surprisingly good weather in Boulder and push this game 'over.'

Indiana At Michigan (52.5)

Not only did the Wolverines lose their undefeated season last week, they lost starting QB Wilton Speight reportedly for the season with a broken collarbone. That means John O’Korn will get the start and he likely will be asked to hand off the ball a lot. Add in that the Indiana defense is actually better defending the run than pass and we could have a sluggish game with plenty of running clock. The weather helps in this call, too, as most games in the Midwest could be affected by temps in the low 40s with rain and wind blowing up to 25 mph. A lot of games in the Big Ten should be strong 'under' calls, including this one.
