Our college football handicapper has gone 14-7 (66.7%) during the last five weeks with his upset alerts. He has three more underdog winners this week. Go inside to find out what those college football picks are and why he’s chosen them.

Cincinnati vs. East Carolina Noon ET
Cincinnati was ambushed last week against a red-hot South Florida team during an embarrassing 65-27 loss. They enter this regular season finale with a 6-5 record, and prior to last week’s debacle, their other four losses all came by 8 points or less. I’m willing to ignore that lopsided loss to South Florida with all things being considered. This is a high powered Bearcats offense that averages 37.6 points and 571.5 yards per game. Their defense leaves a lot to be desired, but East Carolina doesn’t possess enough firepower to fully expose that glaring weakness.

According to current college football odds at 5Dimes, they offer me the best point spread available for this wager.

College Football Picks: Play on Cincinnati +2 at 5Dimes

North Carolina vs. NC State 3:30 PM ET
North Carolina is one of the hottest teams in the country right now. After suffering an inexplicable season opening loss to South Carolina, they’ve proceeded to win their next ten games in a row. However, they were extremely fortunate last week at Virginia Tech. They escaped with a 30-27 overtime win against the underdog Hokies.

NC State has quietly put together a solid 7-4 season thus far. I look for the Wolfpack to expose a North Carolina run defense that allows 200 yards a game on the ground. NC State averages an outstanding 192 yards rushing per game, and also has an average time of possession of 32:59 per contest. Their success running the ball and dominant time of possession will create plenty of frustration for North Carolina.

I love the underdog value in this contest for one of my college football picks on Saturday.

College Football Picks: Play on NC State +5.5 over North Carolina

Texas A&M vs. LSU 7:30 PM ET
LSU started the season 7-0 and looked to be a serious national title contender. Unfortunately for them they’ve gone 0-3 SU&ATS since that time, and lost by an average of 17.3 points per game. The last of those three defeats came last Saturday in a 38-17 loss at Ole Miss. During their opening seven game win streak, star running back Leonard Fournette rushed for 150 yards in each of those contests. It’s by no coincidence, during this current three game slide, Fournette has rushed for just a combined 230 yards (77.3 YPG).

Texas A&M enters this SEC contest sporting a more than respectable 8-3 record. The Aggies are coming off back to back wins by scores of 41-17 over West Carolina and 25-0 at Vanderbilt.

Any road team (Texas A&M) coming off back to back wins in which they allowed 17 points or less on each occasion, versus an opponent that allowed 37 points or more in their previous contest, resulted in the road team  going 59-27 ATS (68.6%) during the past five seasons. The road team had a sizable +16.2 point per game differential in those 86 contests.

College Football Picks: Play on Texas A&M +5.5 at BetCRIS
