Boxing Day is typically when Canadians go crazy with shopping but the Americans down South simply plug in to their TV's & NCAA Football. Here are 3 picks from Saturday’s action that we’re loving.

New Era Pinstripe Bowl: Indiana Hoosiers vs. Duke Blue Devils
Odds: Hoosiers -2.5
We saw the total for the Pinstripe Bowl open at 67 at Pinnacle Sports and we’ve only seen that line climb. Nowadays, it’s 70.5. The sharps have hit the over hard and I think that’s a telling sign. Indiana has a fairly good offense but really doesn’t offer much on the defensive side of the ball. They’ve allowed a total of 42.3 points per game over their last six. However, they’ve scored at least 26 in each of those contests. As for Duke, their offense slumped a little bit down the stretch of the season but should be back in business in this spot. Take the over in this spot as this should be a shootout.

Pick: Over 70.5
Best Line Offered: at Pinnacle

Camping World Independence Bowl: Tulsa Golden Hurricanes vs. Virginia Tech Hokies
Odds: Hokies -14
A lot of people are going to like Virginia Tech with their College Football Picks in this spot but I think it’s a really big number. This is Frank Beamer’s last game as coach of the program and while they’ll want to get up for this game to get him the win, an auxiliary bet on the Hokies could be the under. They’re a team that relies on their defense to win games, which is exactly what they did when they won three of their final four games to qualify for a bowl game. They allowed just 20.3 points per game over their last four after giving up 28 points per game in the five games before that. We know that Tulsa is a team that typically relies on its offense but this isn’t a very good Tulsa team. They’re not capable of putting up points on just anyone. They did score 40 or more in five of their six wins but they also scored an average of 30 points per game in their six losses. I expect the Hokies to slow them down and for us to get an under here.

Pick: Under 61
Best Line Offered: at SIA

Foster Farms Bowl: UCLA Bruins vs. Nebraska Cornhuskers
Odds: UCLA -6.5
The Cornhuskers are one of the three five-win teams playing in bowl season and that’s clearly the first red flag. This is a team that didn’t even get to the six-win threshold to make the cut but because there are so many bowls, they still get an invite. Beyond that, Nebraska isn’t even really a five-win team as they probably should have lost to Michigan State. Beyond that, their other four wins have come against Rutgers, Minnesota, Southern Miss and South Alabama. Not exactly impressive. As for UCLA, they do have four losses on the season (8-4) but the losses did come against quality teams. They lost to Arizona State, No. 15 Stanford, Washington State and USC.

UCLA has covered the College Football Odds in six of their last seven when they’ve had at least an extra week to prepare, and they should cover again in this spot. Lay the points with them.

Pick: UCLA -6.5
Best Line Offered: at 5Dimes
