Still unbeaten this season, Deshaun Watson and the Tigers will take on Marquise Williams and the Tar Heels in the ACC Championship game. What kind of college football odds are on offer?

Odds Overview
Neither team has lost a single time in conference play this season, but that's going to change this weekend. It's Clemson and North Carolina doing battle in the title game within the ACC, and right now the college football odds board shows the #1 Tigers favored by either 4.5 or 5 points, depending on the sportsbook.

The total, for those more interested in a potential O/U wager, is trading at 67.5 points as of now.

Clemson Tigers
There's nothing much more to say about the Tigers that hasn't already been said. When you're undefeated and have passed every test that's been put in front of you, you're naturally going to be feeling mighty confident, and that's the frame of mind Clemson should be in as they head into the title matchup.

It doesn't hurt to have the ACC Offensive Player of the Year on your side, and indeed Deshaun Watson has been fantastic for this team all season long. Watson completed 70.4 percent of his passes and is sporting a 27:10 TD:INT ratio, and he's been a threat with his legs too, running for over 750 yards and nine more touchdowns. Wayne Gallman has been a rock solid presence in the backfield, accumulating over 1,1000 rushing yards and nine TDs, and the wide receiver production has been spread out, with four different receivers all scoring at least four touchdowns apiece.

Yes, this Clemson offense has been scary good at times, but it's not like the defense has been lacking. The Tigers are surrendering 18.8 points per game, which ranks them 17th in the nation in scoring defense ahead of this battle with UNC.

North Carolina Tar Heels
If you can believe it, the Tar Heels have reeled off 11 straight wins over losing their regular season opener. They lost South Carolina to start the year off, but have been taking out their frustrations since, going on an incredible run which has seen them earn a berth in the ACC Championship.

North Carolina has been a potent offensive team as well, thanks in large part to Marquise Williams. He's posted pretty similiar numbers to Watson, and the Tar Heels have also gotten great things from running back Elijah Hood (1,280 rushing yards and 16 TDs) and Mack Hollins (670 receiving yards and eight scores) among others. As a team, UNC is averaging a very healthy 41 points per game, the ninth-best mark in the country.

Also getting tough-nosed defensive efforts, you can see why the Tar Heels have seen so much success this season. That being said, they now face easily their toughest test of the season against a very good (and well-balanced) Clemson team.

Final Analysis
This should be a great game to watch, with two mobile quarterbacks squaring off with all of the bragging rights in the conference up for grabs.

Clemson, of course, has been out of this world, and it's hard to envision this team falling short when it matters most. The Tigers have been getting it done on both sides of the ball, and Watson has been at the heart of it all. The Tar Heels defense is going to have its hands full slowing down the dual-threat quarterback.

That's the big reason why we believe the value to be on Clemson this weekend. The Tigers have not only been excellent offensively, but they've been hanging tough defensively, and so we think they'll be able to stop Williams and company from going off. We're going to take the favorites to come through with our college football pick and cover the reasonable number inside Bank of America Stadium in Charlotte.
