We've got you covered with our full coverage betting preview as Oregon State host Heisman Trophy favorite Marcus Mariota and the Oregon Ducks in this classic rivalry game. Let's find out who our cappers will back in this contest.

Handicapper Matt Jordan:
Mariota can wrap up the Heisman with a strong game and victory. This essentially is Oregon State's bowl game and the Beavers will be frothing at the mouth to end Oregon's national championship hopes. Mannion is capable of putting up big numbers and this will be the senior's home finale. It's going to be cold and rainy so that could play into OSU's hands in slowing Oregon's offense a bit. Ducks win 38-28.

BetOnline opened the Ducks as 20-point favorites. Oregon has won six straight in the Civil War against the hated Beavers and only two of those six were close. One was last year's game in Eugene, a 36-35 Oregon win when Marcus Mariota hit Josh Huff for a 12-yard score with 29 seconds left in the game. OSU won't play in a bowl without a victory. Oregon already has wrapped up the Pac-12 North but obviously can't lose and keeps its College Football Playoff hopes alive. The Oregon Ducks have covered its past four at Oregon State but the Beavers will play inspired football and stay within that large number.

Assuming the weather in Corvallis cooperates this certainly will have one of the highest college football odds totals of any game this week. Oregon ranks third in the nation in scoring behind Mariota, the Heisman heavy favorite. The Ducks have scored less than 38 points just once: Their 31-24 loss to Arizona on Oct. 2. Oregon State can air it out with Sean Mannion, the all-time leading passer in school history. However, it's often hit or miss with this team offensively. Last week OSU had just 13 points in a blowout loss in Washington. OSU's defense is not good, allowing 30.2 points per game. I expect a shootout. The 'over' has hit in 11 of the past 12 meetings.

Handicapper Ross Benjamin:
Any road team (Oregon) that allowed 17-points or less in each of their last 2-games, versus an opponent that allowed 37-points or more in their previous game, has gone 56-22 ATS (71.8%) during the last 5-seasons. Play on the Oregon Ducks minus the points.

Any home team (Oregon State) with a total of 63.0 or more that allowed 37-points or more in their previous game, versus an opponent that led by 24-points or more at the half of their previous game, has seen 29 of those 40-games (72.5%) go over the total during the past 10-season. Play on Oregon and Oregon State to go over the total.

Oregon has won the last 6-games in this fierce rivalry. This year's game takes on an added dimension with the Ducks being in prime position to be part of the first ever college football playoff on New Year's Day which will ultimately determine the national champion. The good news for the Ducks is that they're not only coming off a 44-10 rout of Colorado in their previous game, but they led in that contest 30-3 at the half. Oregon is 11-1 ATS since the start of the 2013 season following a game in which they scored 24-points or more in the 1st half, and they outscored opponents by an average of 29.5 points per outing in those 12 contests. Since suffering their only loss of the season versus Arizona, Oregon has gone a perfect 6-0 SU&ATS in their last 6-games.

Oregon State started the season by winning 4 of their first 5-games. Since then they've gone 1-5 SU&ATS in their last 6-games. However, their lone win during that time was a 35-27 upset of Arizona State as a 7.0 point home underdog. That loss virtually eliminated the Sun Devils from any hopes of reaching the college football 4-team playoff.

The 44-10 win over Colorado last week by Oregon failed to come close to going over the total of 74.0. It marked the first time in 5-games that the Ducks had gone under the total.

This will be the largest total that the Oregon State Beavers have seen all season. The previous high of 64.0 came during a 45-31 home loss at the hands of the California Golden Bears. The Beavers have scored 28-points or more in 5 of their 6 home games this season.

Handicapper Jeff Grant:
Both signal-callers will enter this matchup knowing they can move the football against the opposition, which will lead to the OVER going 4-0 in the Ducks’ four games as favorites of 10.5 to 21 points this year.

Oregon has put together a six-game win streak by scoring 42 or more points in all of those affairs, while it also looks to capture its seventh consecutive victory in the Civil War. The Ducks have dominated this rivalry due to their rushing attack in recent years, but the squad has taken to the air more often with Marcus Mariota under center in 2014.

The OVER has cashed in 11 of the last 12 meetings in this series, with Beavers quarterback Sean Mannion being involved in the last three installments.

Handicapper Dave Lawrence:

Beavers need this one for bowl eligibility. Ducks need this for BCS purposes. Hard to see Oregon State in this one after getting blown out at Washington. Beavers have now lost five of six. Oregon makes the trip to Corvalis but if this game is close, that will be a surprise. The Ducks have been rolling everything in sight, winning 6 straight while scoring 42 or more each time. The Beavers can't keep up.
