A ZenitBet Sportsbook player has filed a sportsbook complaint.
The player detailed a frustrating experience verifying his account with the online betting site.
He first had his account suspended by ZenitBet on November 15.
He was asked to send a notarized copy of his passport by courier service. ZenitBet then unblocked his account, but did not honor his balance of 206,000 Rubles (approximately $3,098).
The player received only his initial deposit back, and was given no information on why the balance was not paid.
Sportsbook Review is investigating the complaint and asks ZenitBet players with feedback to write to firstname.lastname@example.org.
