Update by SBR 11/19: Youwin has addressed the complaint and provided a time-line to Sportsbook Review. The online sportsbook has provided a copy of the transaction number for the payment, which was reportedly processed within 24 hours. The dispute remains open.
A Youwin Sportsbook (SBR rating C+) player has submitted a payout complaint.
The player has told SBR that he requested to be paid $700 CAD on October 13.
The online sportsbook reportedly processed the withdrawal the next day and the player was supposed to receive his payout back onto the card he used to make his initial deposit.
However, the player has yet to be paid.
He claimed that he was sent a transaction reference number, which he provided to his credit card company but they are unable to identify any such transaction. YouWin has reportedly said the funds were paid as normal, and that there is nothing more than they can do to assist the player on this matter.
Sportsbook Review has asked a YouWin manager for comment.
