SBR reported on September 9 that a VIPSports.eu player submitted a payout complaint. He deposited $300 on June 2, then cashed $2,000 on the US Open golf tournament, as well as an additional $4,500 on the PGA Championship. The player submitted his payout request of $1,000 on July 30. He had two other payouts requested the following week. He has yet to be paid.
The player detailed that he opened a support ticket with VIPSports.eu staff after he did not receive his funds within the time-frame promised by the website. VIPSports.eu staff have offered little to no information on when he could expect to receive payment.
The VIPSports.eu family is part of the BTG Global NV sportsbooks group, which is best known for powering Dimeline Sports (SBR rating D-). The brand was originally billed under the Safari Casino Group.
Dimeline Sportsbook and sister companies were listed in the SBR top five sportsbooks to avoid list. Many scam sportsbooks increase their marketing budgets and invent new bonus programs during the NFL and College Football seasons, attempting to lure in unsuspecting players from the North American gambling market.
