The Unibet player tells SBR that all requested documents confirming his identity are on file with Unibet. Unibet support would only tell the player that based on the length of time his account has been turned off with no update from management, that it was likely their terms and conditions were breached. The player claims to have done nothing wrong, and wants an update on his funds.
On February 22nd, SBR reported that a player holding a €2,500 balance had his account disabled. Unibet again failed to disclose what the player was guilty of.
