Three Topbet Sportsbook players have filed payout complaints.
The first player is waiting to receive a withdrawal of $2,500. He has been waiting to receive this withdrawal since September of 2018.
Player two is waiting to receive a withdrawal of $2,100. He has claimed that Topbet has not provided a response to his emails or phone calls seeking updates on the status of this withdrawal.
Topbet Player: "$2100 outstanding. No replies to e-mails nor phone calls. Messages left to no avail. Does one have any recourse? It appears they are still open and taking deposits from other unsuspecting customers. Thank you [name redacted]."
A third player reported waiting for a payout for over a month. He was told the payment would be received within 15-20 business days. Topbet has reportedly told the player that there is a servicing issue and a new ETA was not available.
Topbet holds a rating of F and is part of SBR's worst sportsbooks blacklist. The online sportsbook, which has marketing based out of Canada and operational support in the Philippines, has been unable to pay all players in a consistent manner. The sportsbook's rating has seesawed up and down since its inclusion into the SBR Rating guide in 2002.
Sportsbook Review has requested comment from Topbet on the three complaints and will update this newswire if the players report receiving their withdrawals.
Topbet players in need of assistance should submit a sportsbook complaint form.
