A Topbet Sportsbook (SBR rating F) player has informed Sportsbook Review that he has been waiting for more than two months to receive an $1,100 withdrawal.
Topbet players have reported consistent slow payouts, in some cases waiting for more than six months to be paid, since the betting site was dropped from C- to D in mid 2016.
The sports betting site has provided generic updates to players saying that the blame rests on third-party processors, although some of the players would be willing to accept bitcoin to settle their outstanding balances.
Topbet is part of the sportsbook blacklist. Sportsbooks on the blacklist are known for slow payouts, poor service, and for confiscating winnings from players accounts. Many of the sportsbooks on the blacklist have justified removing winnings from players accounts on the grounds that they are not "recreational" sports gamblers.
Sportsbook Review has requested comment from Topbet on when the player owed $1,100 can expect to be paid his withdrawal. Topbet players who require assistance are asked to submit a sportsbook complaint form.
