A TonyBet Sportsbook player has filed a payout complaint.
The player asked to be paid $400 on November 9. All of his documents were submitted as requested to pass the Know Your Customer (KYC) process.
The player has had no update on the status of his withdrawal since sending his documents on November 9. He was allegedly told that his documents were OK, and had no indication that there might be a delay in processing his withdrawal.
After reading past complaints filed against TonyBet by SBR readers, the player decided that he would like an inquiry to be made into the status of his payout, as he has been unable to receive such an update for himself.
Sportsbook Review has followed up with the TonyBet management team to discuss the case.
The Estonia based sports betting site was recently removed from the SBR worst sportsbook blacklist, and presently holds a D rating.
TonyBet bettors in need of assistance are asked to submit a sportsbook complaint form.
