Update 9:30AM ET: TonyBet Sportsbook has said that the format of the player's Neteller screen capture is unacceptable and have provided an example of what they are looking for.
A TonyBet Sportsbook (SBR rating D-) player has claimed that he has been waiting for a total of three months to be paid his balance of €500.
The player provided a Neteller screen capture to TonyBet as requested to establish that he is indeed the owner of the Neteller account used to deposit to the sports betting site.
However, TonyBet has not accepted the proof of Neteller account ownership according to the player and he has been given no new information over the course of the last three months.
The player filed a sportsbook complaint as a result and would like to know what he must do to be paid his funds.
