A TonyBet Sportsbook (SBR rating D-) player has filed a complaint.
The player opened his betting account with TonyBet in 2013 after accepting a bonus incentive for a £50 match bet bonus.
After depositing, the player had his account locked so he provided the necessary documents to establish his account. He said that he completely forgot about depositing to TonyBet after the betting site failed to respond to him after uploading his documents.
The player wrote TonyBet once after providing the documents but did not hear back. He wrote TonyBet this week and was told that his account was closed with a balance of 0, though his deposit was never refunded.
