Online sportsbook Tipico (SBR rating C) is investigating the bonus complaint reported earlier in the week.
A Tipico player reported that he made an initial deposit of €100 through Skrill and received a 100% sportsbook bonus.
After three wagers his balance shot up to €880, and he then requested a payout from the sports betting site.
His trouble started when after providing his ID the online sportsbook responded by closing his account.
Consequently, he is unable to access his balance, see his history of wagers, or check on his payout status. The player indicated that he was sure he followed the sportsbook terms and conditions and did not understand what his infraction may have been.
Tipico players who require assistance are asked to submit a sportsbook complaint form.
The online sportsbook has been online since 2004 and is licensed by the Malta Gaming Authority (MGA). If the player is unhappy with the eventual outcome of the complaint or if SBR is unable to advance the issue any further, the player will launch a complaint with the Malta commission.
