Three updates have been made to the sportsbook bonuses directory.
The most notable change is BetOnline Sportsbook upping the size of their free play bonus to 100% with a promo expiration date of September 6.
A promo code is needed to redeem the offer, and is only available for first-time deposits.
Players can unlock promo codes clicking the Info () button on the sportsbook bonuses page. Country restrictions are also noted where applicable.
Sportsbooks Listed in Bonus Directory
48 online sportsbooks rated from A+ to C are listed on the page.
History shows that players who stick with well-regarded online sportsbooks, such as those that scored highly in the latest SBR posters' top sportsbook poll (results embedded in the top right) are more likely to have a smooth experience.
Sportsbooks that cannot pay as quickly or who offer consistently inferior service are listed lower in the sportsbook rating guide. Players who are comfortable with the level of risk dealing with sportsbooks who hold an SBR rating that is worse than C can search sportsbooks by bonus and by rating.
How to measure bonuses
Sportsbooks are organized by SBR rating as the default view, so the overall strongest online bookmakers are displayed first. Players can choose to arrange the list however they choose, including by what is referred to as the "True Bonus" or pure amount of bonus funds being wagered with, the rollover or paly-through requirement necessary before placing a withdrawal, the maximum bonus amount paid through each offer, and the overall bonus percentage.
In the sportsbook bonus world, bigger is not always better. For instance, while a 75% free play may sound a lot cooler than a 25% cash bonus, if the free play carries a 15X rollover requirement vs. 5X from the cash bonus, there is a higher amount of true bonus value associated with the cash bonus.
SBR invites users with feedback on the bonus page – which is mobile-friendly and supports all phone resolutions – to write in firstname.lastname@example.org. Players can also share their feedback using the SBR Sportsbook & Industry Forum.
