The player deposited $1,000 and brought his balance up to $4,800 after completing the play-through requirement associated with his initial signup bonus.
The player completed the KYC process by sending a selfie of himself holding his ID.
However, after a few days of not hearing back on his account status, the player was told that his account was closed and that his winnings would not be paid.
The player is certain that his account registration details were in order and that he did not violate any of Rivalo's terms and conditions. He has asked Sportsbook Review for assistance dealing with the online betting site.
