An Otobet Sportsbook (SBR rating D-) player has claimed that after verifying his account successfully he requested a withdrawal in the amount of €1,913 which has not been paid.
The player has been given generic updates from Otobet's support staff that according to the financial department the transfer would be made soon.
As of this morning three weeks after making the payout request he has still not received his funds.
An Otobet player who had been owed since August wrote SBR this week confirming receiving his transfer. SBR reported on September 21 that the online sportsbook provided comment on a €1,644 payout complaint.
Otobet users in need of assistance are asked to submit a sportsbook complaint form.
