A Noxwin Sportsbook player has claimed that all of his winnings were forfeited after he wagered more than €50 in a single bet after having accepted a bonus.
The player stated most of his wagers were below the €50 threshold and feels that the rule is inherently unfair and can be used to fleece winners.
The rule itself and its applicaiton is similar to other controversial policies at sportsbooks where players who wagered a certain percentage more than their deposit and bonus amount would be subjected to funds confiscations. In this case, Noxwin did not just seize the player's bonus winnings on wagers where he wagered in excess of €50, but his total balance.
Sportsbook Review followed up on the player's behalf but was only advised of the same policy: "4. The maximum stake per bet with bonus money is 50 EUR, and bets over that amount are not allowed before the full wagering requirements has been met. In the event of breaking this rule, the user agrees that Noxwin may cancel his bonus and confiscate the entire winnings made with bonus balance."
Noxwin players are advised to avoid accepting a bonus if they wish to at some point wager more than €50 per play before completing their turnover requirement.
Noxwin holds a rating of C- in the online sportsbooks rating guide.
