A Topbet Sportsbook (SBR rating C-) player has filed a payout complaint.
The player requested a $1,375 payout on May 12. He was advised that the withdrawal would take 7-10 business days.
A month later, the player shared that he has not been sent his cheque withdrawal.
The player pointed out that Topbet's processing issues with card based option should have no influence on his being able to receive a cheque in a timely fashion.
Topbet Player: "Every time I check the status of my payout, they send the same response stating how they are following up with their processor, etc. This is getting very frustrating and I will never be using TopBet again. Please help me get my money.I will also forward the e-mails we have sent back and forth," wrote the player in the complaint that he filed with Sportsbook Review.com.
SBR has asked Topbet for comment on the payout complaint.
