An LSbet Sportsbook (SBR rating D+) player has submitted a complaint with Sportsbook Review.
The player opened his account without taking a sportsbook bonus and deposited €25.
He placed two sports wagers and managed to turn his balance into €450 before requesting to be paid from the online sportsbook.
This is where things took a turn for the worse. The player sent his required documents necessary to pass the Know Your Customer (KYC) process at the online sportsbook, but ended up having his account closed and his winnings forfeited.
LSbet accused the player of violating section 1.2.4 of their terms and conditions which pertain to registering with false details. The player denies wrongdoing. LSbet only allowed the player to request a withdrawal for the balance of his deposit and said that the decision is final.
Sportsbook Review has asked LSbet what evidence they have to justify not paying the player's winnings.
LSbet players in need of assistance should submit a sportsbook complaint.
