A Jetbull Sportsbook (SBR rating C) player has claimed that his account has been frozen despite his compliance with their Know Your Customer (KYC) requests.
The player even claimed to have sent a photograph of himself holding his identification, but his account remains frozen with a balance of €462.
JetBull Player: "After sending my ID Jetbull blocked my account for no reason. Today I wasn't able to login in my jetbull.com account. Jetbull blocked my account with that money that I withdrawed [sic]. This isn't the way you use your customer and take there [sic] money, I spent hours on (their) site and now Jetbull.com blocked me with my money."
However, the player acknowledged that he edited a piece of his local ID because the Dutch government allegedly advised him not to share this data with any company. Players occasionally post that they've blacked out the last 3 digits of their credit card, however manipulating the view of identification documents is not a good idea and will only lead to trouble.
Jetbull is a Malta Gaming Authority (MGA) licensed betting site. If the complaint cannot be sorted out, the player's next option will be to file a complaint withthe MGA.
