Gtbets stated that the player was approximately 30% through his rollover. He was offered a prorated 2/3rd of his balance or the chance to continue playing at revised limits. The player is considered non-recreational, a player that commonly looks for advantageous situations as opposed to betting for "action".
The player was unwilling to accept the prorated payout, though in his original Gtbets complaint he asked for bonus proration. He has decided to continue betting toward his rollover. SBR considers this dispute closed.
