A player claimed that as of one month ago the online sports betting site restricted his account access, and that since that time he has been unable to receive any information concerning his $200 balance or when he can expect an update.
GR88 has allegedly only informed the bettor that the relevant department is reviewing the issue.
He claims to have sent approximately ten emails demanding answers, and has been given no additiional information.
Sportsbook Review has inquired with the bettor on if he has yet to pass the Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedure at the online betting site.
The player's complaint is similar to past issues raised against GR88, which paint the picture of a sportsbook that is not keen on providing satisfactory or prompt customer service, and which can take their time verifying accounts.
