The GoalWin player asked for a payout requested on June 15. He has yet to be paid, and has been given few updates from GoalWin with even less specifics on when he could expect to receive payment.
GoalWin Sportsbook operates a Class III license from the Lotteries and Gaming Authority (LGA) of Malta. Online sportsbooks licensed in Malta have been no stranger to issues, with a number of high profile collapses including BetOnBet (SBR rating F), BetAfterBet (SBR rating F), and most notably Stryyke (SBR rating F).
GoalWin, while offering their apologies for the delays, has not spoken specifically on when players would be paid or how severe the alleged technical issues are, or if players are able to redeem payment through other methods beyond eWallet.
SBR will update this report as more information becomes available.
