A Fonbet Sportsbook (SBR rating C) player has filed a complaint.
The player opened his sports betting account several years ago and has deposited and withdrawn funds many times over the years. However, he stopped using Fonbet after his wagers were limited. On February 27 he redeposited €100 for an in-play match bet bonus.
He wagered from €30-50 per play before redepositing an additional €300. He wagered on a mix of in-play soccer and volleyball before his account was restricted and the player was asked to go through the Know Your Customer (KYC) process again. The player provided the documents requested and was told that he would hear back within three working days.
The player has claimed that Fonbet has yet to update him on his account status and he has become worried after reading of customer service complaints against the online sportsbook.
