In what is projected to be the closest matchup of the day, the New England Patriots (6-4) will take on the Minnesota Vikings (8-2) in the nightcap of a Thanksgiving triple header this Thursday. The Vikings (-148 on the moneyline) are favored over the Patriots (+126) by 2.5 points with the Over/Under set at 42.5.

After beginning the season 1-3, the Patriots have won five of their last six games after defeating the New York Jets for the second time in three weeks. They were able to sneak out a 10-3 victory last Sunday thanks to an 84-yard punt return by Marcus Jones. Despite no touchdowns, Mac Jones was solid going 23/27 for 246 yards and no interceptions.

The Vikings’ seven-game winning streak came to an end this past Sunday, losing to the Cowboys 40-3. Dalvin Cook was solid averaging 6.5 yards per carry, but Kirk Cousins only converted on slightly over half of his pass attempts going 12/23 for 105 yards. They failed to win as underdogs for the second time this season after rallying from down 17 to win in overtime against the Bills the previous week. Despite their impressive record, Minnesota has only covered the spread four times this season.

Kickoff is scheduled for 8:20 p.m. ET with the Vikings looking to snap the Patriots three game win streak and tie the Eagles for the most wins in the league at nine.
