An Exbinog Sportsbook (unrated) player has filed a complaint against the sports betting website.
The player deposited €250 on May 29 after accepting a 100% cash bonus offer which carried a large play-through requirement. The player at one point increased his balance to over €3,000, before having a bad day and ending up at €1,386.
After requesting his first ever withdrawal, Exbinog closed his account.
He clarifies the sequence below, per the complaint he filed with Sportsbook Review.com:
Exbinog Player: "After all of my money was on the main balance i thought i can withdraw this money and requested a payout with netteler! Today i got an email that because of my bonus i can only withdraw my deposit of 250 euro and all the other money is lost! I answered and said that i do not want this and will continue to bet and asked to tell me how far i am on my rollover! As answered i got that they can nothing do about this because of my payout request all my money is lost and i only get my deposit of 250 euro back after i have sent them my identify verification! Is that correct can you help me please?"
