The betting site is a sister company to Sportsbook Review (SBR rating C+), a gaming site that was added to the rating guide in February.

BitCasino initially launched their sportsbook in July of 2014. In June of 2016, Sportsbook Review was created, and BitCasino redirected their sportsbook to Sportsbook Review.
Both companies are owned by and operate under the license of Curacao registered company mBet Solutions NV.
Software
Both BitCasino (now casino only) and Sportsbook Review use software developed by CoinGaming.io, which is a b2b company that services companies such as mBet. As far as payment processing is concerned, CoinGaming also handles the transactional platform and would, along with mBet Solutions, financially support BitCasino & Sportsbet if necessary.
