Sportsbook Review reported earlier this week that a BetMotion sports bettor has been owed $663 for over three weeks.
The player reportedly passed the Know Your Customer (KYC) process but had not been paid his withdrawal and had not received an update on why his account was suspended by BetMotion.
BetMotion has acknowledged the complaint and informed SBR that they are reviewing the matter.
SBR will update as more information is learned on when the player can expect to receive payment, or what has contributed to the delay in the first place.
BetMotion holds a C+ rating with SBR.
