A BetMotion Sportsbook (SBR rating C) player has filed a payment complaint. The player has claimed that he has been unable to withdraw €100 he initially requested in February 2013. At the time, he was told that processing issues would delay his payment, so he cancelled the request and continued to wager.
He later requested another €100 on July 22, and was similarly told his payout would be delayed. The player holds a €190 balance with BetMotion Sportsbook.
After six days of not receiving his eWallet payout, he inquired with customer service and was told that there is a processing issue and “no availability to process your payment”. The player claims he pressed BetMotion for a specific time-frame that he can expect to be paid, but no specific ETA was given. He intends not to cancel his current request.
The player tells SBR that he chose BetMotion due to their website layout and an attractive welcome bonus, but never anticipated such difficulty ordering a relatively small payout.
SBR has received little feedback from BetMotion Sportsbook users, and asks players with current complaints to write to SBR. SBR reported on 27 September 2011 that a BetMotion player reported his account was closed in a country registration dispute.
