BetMotion Sportsbook Complaint Update


Update 6/30: Sportsbook Review reported on June 23 that a BetMotion Sportsbook player told that he would paid the same day to close out his withdrawal complaint, but he has still yet to be paid.

He has been given only generic assistance via e-mail. SBR has yet to hear from the sportsbook management on what is causing the delay.

Sportsbook Review reported earlier in the week that a BetMotion player filed a general complaint providing negative feedback on his withdrawal from the online betting site.

The player was initially quoted a three day time-frame for his payout to be paid, but he soon realized that this was not the case as he had to jump through hoops he felt, and to date has not been paid.

In summary of the original issue, he had to send in his ID and proof of address, which was approved, then had to send a photo of himself holding his documents whilst still in view of the camera – a request becoming increasingly more common with online sports betting websites.

The player had originally become uneasy with the process after reading stories online of bad experiences with online sportsbooks.

One week ago he wrote SBR indicating that he was told that he would paid then. However, as the day progressed he was told his original payout request was voided and he would have to resubmit the process from the beginning, restarting the clock another three days.

The player is unhappy with this, but has done so and stated he would write SBR to confirm when he receives his payout.
